Our History
D&V Distributing Company was founded in July 1961 through a partnership comprising Hazel Oliver, Jane and David Bailey, and Margaret and Vic Mclean. Despite changes due to unfortunate circumstances, the original partnership remains intact, alongside subsequent generations of family members, and continues to thrive.
Brown-Forman Distillery has been an integral part of our journey since our inception in 1961. The appointment of Mike Williams as President in 2003 marked a significant milestone, as his leadership has been pivotal in driving consistent market share and profit growth.
As D&V Distributing embraces the leadership of the next generation of family owners, we remain committed to honoring the vision and values instilled by the original Bailey and McLean families, ensuring continuity of growth and tradition.
